If the accuracy of the iPhone 5 leaks is anything to go by, we’ve probably got a pretty good jump on what the new tablet will look like. What we’ve seen so far jibes with previous thoughts that the bezel on the smaller iPad will be thinner than it is on the full-sized version .
As rumored , the Mini will have an approximate size of about 7.8 inches , lined up next to the Google Nexus 7 and Kindle Fire .

Chances are that the iPad Mini will be a lot more like the iPad Mini , that means that it'll be using the late 32 nm A5 processor and a 512 MB RAM . The only big change would be the inclusion of the new Lighting Connector ( which is supposed to have blazing transfer speed ) .
The WSJ reported that the iPad Mini will have a low resolution Display , probably 1152×768 is 4.5:3 = 1.50 .
There are rumors floating around that Mini will support 3G network too , which at present the Google Nexus 7 and Kindle Fire doesn't support . Thus grading iPad Mini higher that the other two tablets .
