Apple claims iTunes to be very secure , but every great software has loop holes in it right? So , here's one Loop that I've found within AppStore .

*Important : After using this Hack , you will not be able to use your Apple ID again , so better create a Dummy account .
Now , this fault or I would say hack works only with an Online or Virtual Credit Card - these are basically credit cards which expire within 24 Hrs making it very secure to use it Online .
First what you would like to do is create an Online Credit card - ask your bank or check it on their website .
Create a card with minimum amount required in the AppStore , i.e $0.99 .
Save all your credit card information . Head to iTunes , set up your account with all the information and purchase .
How to Purchase ?
Well that's the trick , first let me explain to you how AppStore or iTunes work .
The AppStore debits money from your credit card only after you've downloaded the whole App or song .
Now if you want to purchase apps more than one , you have to purchase them all at once . What it means is that you have to purchase another app before the earlier one finishes . And money will not bother you , you'll be able to purchase apps exceeding $0.99 . Like iPhoto or GarageBand .
But there's also a limit , you cannot download more than 5 apps , so after purchasing 5 apps iTunes will show you an Error with the Purchase history . And will guide you to that page ..
That's it , it'll show you that you owe " .. " this amount .. just ignore it , and never update it with another credit card or your account will be debited .
If in case you'd like to update your apps , just sign in to the account and update the apps . But this account will never be usable in the future until you payback the balance .
