You might have heard of this weather app - Sun for iOS . Well , what is unique about this app is that it does not use ' The AppStore ' for letting the users download this app , but uses safari to download this application. (Android users might think of downloading it , but sorry this won't work , the download page dosen't even open on android !)
People have been doing amazing things with HTML 5 , and this is an example of what HTML 5 is capable of . What we like about this app is great UI , appealing to the eyes and gesture control . But it might not be as good as it looks ( at least for non A5 device users ).
The thing that is wrong 'bout this is that it's buggy on non - A5 devices , like when you swipe acroos the screen , the page will flicker a lot . And also the gestures doesn't seem to work well on our older iDevices.
