So, no need to update the Redsn0w.Musclenerd, one of the main developers behind Redsn0w has just tweeted that iOS 6 beta 4 can be Jailbroken using the redsn0w 0.9.13 dev 3.

Before proceeding, make sure that this is a tethered Jailbreak and only works on A4 and lower devices such as iPhone 3Gs, 4 and iPod Touch 4G. There is no way to get it working on iPhone 4S, iPad 2 and the new iPad.
How to Jalbreak iOS 6 Beta 4 ( Steps )
- Download the latest version of Redsn0w Redsn0w 0.9.13dev3 (OS X) ,Redsn0w 0.9.13dev3 (Windows — run in Administrator Mode)
- Download the respective iOS 6 beta 3.
- Open Redsn0w and select “Extras”
- Click “Select IPSW”
- Browse for and find the iOS 6 beta 3 IPSW (Note that even though your device is on beta 4, you must point it at the iOS 6 beta 3 firmware)
- Go back to the first screen and click “Jailbreak”
- Follow the onscreen instructions and wait for your device to complete the jailbreak
- Go back to the “Extras” screen and select “Just Boot”
