Apple iOS 5.1 brought the new unlock screen for the iPhone which seemed to have been taking blow for design mess. Most critics don't see the design goes with the simplicity and beauty of the Apple
products where the added camera button no longer symmetrically sliding
horizontally with the unlock button, but rather slides vertically.
However, if the Cupertino-giant will consider Brye Kobayashi’s
redesigned unlock screen, our next iOS update will feature a simple,
smart and elegant unlock screen.
The redesigned unlock screen works
simply by sliding to right to unlock while the camera button slides to
left. The design also caters round buttons which match consistently
throughout the interface.
