Recently i jailbreaked my iPhone after it came back from replacement , after preparing the filesystem on Cydia , it was showing on the top 'This device is in pending TSS queue' (above pic), it usually says SHSH : iOS xxx . \
I didn't notice it first , but when i started installing tweaks ,the tweak won't install , it said that it can not find the source please try again later ...

What does pending TSS queue mean?
All it means is that Cydia is a bit overwhelmed with all the new devices that have been jailbroken lately. Cydia has queued up your devices information so that it can request the shsh blobs from Apple. That's all. In a few days it will show that it has your blobs on file like it always has.can't wait a few days , here's another solution for you -
1.Go to changes tab in Cydia ,2. hit reload , on the top left corner.
This should probbly solve this problem.
Still having issues , try this method it'll surely work
Now when you install a tweak , it says it can't find the source package . So an easy solution to this is to manually re-install all your sources (mainly the Bigboss repo) .
